This session of Quin and her family was photographed at Kansas City North Hospital. It is the only one I have done at that hospital. The lighting was perfect and beautiful. I remember Kala said she laughed her baby out. She made it seem easy peezy. But I know the complexity of that moment of giving birth to your child. So many physical (obviously) and emotional things happening. And then…. it’s over.
